Our journey began on the consensus that waste collection could be approached differently, with a heightened focus on customer care and support. Starting with only four trucks, we have rapidly grown over just a few years and now operate a fleet of over 50 trucks, serving the entire city of Chicago and surrounding counties.

I just started doing business with SBC. I wanted to get away from a giant behemoth garbage service that can’t bill correctly and doesn’t answer their phones. Eric from SBC returned my inquiry on a SUNDAY (who does that anymore?) and we had a contract signed on Monday. He was great to talk to, answered all my questions and gave me a great price.
What more could you ask for?
SBC is unlike all other Waste Management companies. They provide services for the elderly, by picking up the garbage cans by the homeowners garage door and putting them back. This is a huge relief for my mom that is greatly appreciated.
The customer service has always been very responsive if I had to call. The drivers are friendly if you see them during the day. They can provide dumpsters at your house, which helped when doing extensive yard work.
The Flood family takes great pride in delivering quality to their customers. I highly recommend asking for Eric Flood to come out and give you a quote. He’s excellent, reliable and understands the business thoroughly.
